Kinney Realty was originally founded by Mr. George H. Kinney. A county land commissioner, licensed to sell insurance and realestate, he was considered a local entrepreneur.
Over 30 years later, the tiny 2 person office has moved to a prominent main street location, formerly the original 1st National Bank building. In the past 10 years we have expanded our sales staff to 10 and one dedicated office manager. Our agents have over 75 years combined realestate expertise in our lakes area.
We also offer an in-house mortgage brokerage service with the most competitive rates available for your financing needs. If a new home on one of our many land listings is what your looking for, we also offer new construction services.
